About:

Founded in October of 2006, by Edward Brooks, Carmen Brooks, and Benjamin Brooks, Bamboo Property Management hit the ground running managing 6 properties from day one. Ed has been developing Real Estate as an owner for the past 10 years, and has constructed Commercial Buildings as the President of Sunset Pacific General Contractors, since 1972. Carmen managed Ed's properties for 6 years independently. When Ben began talking with his father Ed about what to do after college, a need for better Property Management services became apparent. The three banded together to create Bamboo Property Management. Bamboo currently manages 12 properties that range from Commercial to Residential. Managing a rental home, one 32 unit condominium, five retail centers, three office buildings, in addition to managing a trailer park during the park closure. 

 Our Designated Broker Kevin Mullin brings with him many years as a professional in the Real Estate industry.
